The aromatic notes of the excellent Nacional fino de aroma cacao from Ecuador Arriba Superior Summer Selected are combined with late mandarin peel and wild fennel grown spontaneously in the natural quarries of the Modica countryside. A chocolate in which the aromas and scents of Sicily are best preserved by cold craftsmanship. The selected raw materials come from fair trade producers, from slow food principles and from what our land spontaneously gives us.
