We are an online store, however you may pick up your order from our Pick-Up Point in Gudja. Kindly contact us prior to picking up your order. Please find location link here.

If you would like to cancel an order, contact us on contact@nappycakes.mt to inform us of your request. If your order is not already in progress, we will be happy to cancel your order. On the other hand, due to the fact that a lot of the items are personalised, we would not be able to cancel your order if the item would be in the process of being compiled. In case of any cancellation, we will provide you with a gift certificate of the same value.

Deliveries should not take longer than indicated in the "Delivery Details" page. But in case they do, please contact immediately in case you end up in this situation.
