Standard Delivery: Delivery will be done between 3 and 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This delivery option is free for purchases of €30 and over. A delivery charge of €3 applies for orders below €30.
Same Day Delivery: We can deliver orders submitted before 12pm on the same day. Orders submitted after 12pm or during a non-business day will be delivered on the next business day. This service is offered at a charge of €15.
Next Day Delivery: Delivery will be done on the next business day at a charge of €10.
Specific Day Delivery: Delivery will be done on a date and approximate time-frame that you specify. Specific Day deliveries can be done from Monday to Saturday. This service is offered at a charge of €10.
Gozo Delivery: Delivery will be done between 3 and 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A delivery charge of €8 applies.
EU Delivery: Packages will be shipped within 3 business days and take a minimum of 6 days to arrive however this depends on the delivery address. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
Currently we only deliver to Malta, Gozo and EU countries. Send us an email on email@example.com if you wish your item to be delivered to any another country.
When you choose Specific Day Deliveries during checkout and complete your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Reply to this email with the date and approximate time-frame that you desire.
If you lose your email or for any reason you don't receive it, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your chosen date.
We will always confirm your date and approximate time by return email.

Yes, we can. Please make sure to provide the recipient’s address and phone details in the Shipping Address section during checkout.
If for any reason the delivery is unsuccessful because the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available, we will leave a note informing them of our delivery attempt. We will then contact you to agree on a new delivery date at a charge of €12.
If, for any reason, the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, we will contact you accordingly. Kindly note that you will still be held fully liable for the cost of the gift(s).
We are an online store, however you may pick up your order from our Pick-Up Point in Gudja. Kindly contact us prior to picking up your order.

If you would like to cancel an order, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your request. If your order is not already in progress, we will be happy to cancel your order. On the other hand, due to the fact that a lot of the items are personalised, we would not be able to cancel your order if the item would be in the process of being compiled. In case of any cancellation, we will provide you with a gift certificate of the same value.
Deliveries should not take longer than indicated in the "What are your delivery options?" query. But in case they do, please contact us and we will immediately look into it.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and not returnable.
However, if somehow you receive a damaged item, please email us on email@example.com and we will look into matters and inform you how we will proceed. It may also be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty goods. Should it have been decided to replace the item and stock is no longer available, an alternative item will be offered. Also, any costs pertaining to the returning of the said item are to be borne by the customer.
